Mt Forrest Project
The Mt Forrest magnetite iron ore project is operated through a joint venture. Mindax holds a 65% stake, and Norton Gold Fields Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group, maintains a 35% stake.

This exciting project is situated in the Yilgarn province of Western Australia's Mid-West region, approximately 160 km northwest of Menzies, WA. It encompasses seven mining leases, covering an area of approximately 53 km2.

Mid-West Shared Infrastructure Project
Mindax is actively exploring a regional infrastructure concept centered around its exciting Mt Forrest project, and other surrounding or neighbouring projects. The vision involves building large-scale shared infrastructure that facilitates the cost-effective transportation of magnetite iron ore from the Mid-West Region of Western Australia to ports for export.

Mt Lucky Project
Mindax has a 100% interest in the Mt Lucky Gold Project (‘Mt Lucky’), tenement E38/3336, which lies within the Mt Margaret Mineral Field of the north-eastern Goldfields of Western Australia (Laverton Greenstone Belt), approximately 7 km east of the Granny Smith gold mine (plant capacity 3.5 Mtpa) and 12 km southeast of Laverton. The ground has widespread gold anomalism and artisanal-scale gold workings.

The Laverton region has well-documented gold endowment with two world class deposits, Sunrise Dam and Wallaby, and numerous deposits that show endowment of more than one million ounces, being Mt Morgans, Lancefield and Granny Smith.

Meekatharra North Project
Mindax holds a 100% interest in a highly prospective gold project, the Meekathara North Project (tenement E51/1705), located in the Meekatharra region of Western Australia which is well known for significant gold discoveries. The project is located 40km north of the township of Meekatharra, at the northern end of the Meekatharra Greenstone Belt, in the Murchison Province, Western Australia.

Meekatharra is a long-established and well-known gold mining centre in the Murchison Goldfields. Numerous gold mines have operated in the local area, including Bluebird, Ingliston and the Paddy’s Flat mine. These historic operations produced more than 2.5 million ounces of gold.
