Shareholder Communications

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and has the added advantage of being more cost effective, which benefits all shareholders. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, visit the Advanced Share Registry Investor Login and follow the prompts for a ‘Member’ login or registration.

You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents, including Annual Reports and documents related to shareholder meetings (for example, notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms), as follows:

  1. You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form; or
  2. You can tell us if you do not want to receive a copy of the Annual Report.

You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form by contacting the share registry.

Of course, you will always be able to access and read our Annual Report, notices of meeting and other shareholder documents when they are published on our website and the ASX platform.

To tell us your preference, go to the Advanced Share Registry Investor Login. You will need your Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Security Reference Number (SRN) to register and manage your details.

Our share register is managed by Advanced Share Registry Limited. Investors can view their holdings, download forms, update their personal details, Tax File Number and communication preferences at advancedshare.com.au/investor-login (Member Login).

To login, please have the following details available:

  • Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Securityholder Reference Number (SRN)
  • Postcode

For investors from outside Australia:

  • First choose your country
  • Then insert the HIN or SRN
